The atmosphere alone feels like a warm embrace after a long day, the kind of place where stress dissolves before you even set your keys down. Every corner of the space feels thoughtfully cared for, as if the building itself takes pride in being someone’s home.
And then there’s the landlord—truly the heart and soul of this entire experience. I don’t say this lightly she is the kind of person you hope exists but rarely encounter. Kind, responsive, understanding, and genuinely invested in the well-being of her tenants. It’s almost suspicious how pleasant every interaction is—like, is she even real Issues if you can even call them that are handled with speed and grace, and communication feels less like a transaction and more like being taken care of by someone who actually cares.
If you’re even considering this place, stop thinking and act. You’ll won’t regret it

|Recommended: YesJust wanted to say huckleberry hill apartment management n staff are wonderful, Mrs Shelby is doing an amazing job from the time I moved in on 4 22 until I moved out on 4 24, Mrs Shelby is people person, very good communication skills she makes sure everyone is satisfied with the living arrangements, everything is done is a very good ,manner, maintenance you can count on Mr Adam he gets it done, thanks Mrs Shelby for doing an awesome job, stay bless 🙌 😀 PS I recommend huckleberry hill apartment

My wife and I have truly enjoyed our stay at these apartments We were skeptical as we did not know the area well, but it has become abundantly clear that this place is one of the best kept secrets in Columbus. First, Ms. Shelby is an absolute sweetheart and quite a diligent property manager. She always has a great deposition and has been very attentive to our needs. The maintenance gentlemen, Mr. Adam, is a rockstar He is an incredibly hard worker and is very courteous respectful when he enters our apartment. He also has quite the sense of humor Aside from the occasional noisy neighbor, this place is very quiet and it's very calming walking on a clear night near the pond to hear the crickets and frogs. If you are military and PCSing to Columbus, I highly recommend Huckleberry Hills Apartments

|Recommended: YesI currently live in Huckleberry Hill Apts. It's a little hidden Gem 💎 on the South East Side of Columbus. Nice and quiet in the Spring you may hear children at Park, for the most part Property calm. We have
A Wonderful, Buisness Minded, Approachable, Friendly Property Manager. Her Maintenance team is swift but accurate with repairs, not to mention our lovely grounds. Swimming Pool, Kids Park, Dog Park, Beautiful Lake area with Grills. I LOVE MY NEIGHBORS AND THE PLACE I CALL HOME 🏡 🥰
